| Holy Bible in English; Oxford, Thomas Baskett, 1747. Contains the records of John Weekes and Mercy his wife, with some of their descendants. The Bible is now the property of Mr. J. W. Wright, of Oyster Bay. John Weekes was born in the 16 of May, In the year 1672 at 12 O clock at Noon. Mercy Weekes, his wife, was borne 29th June In the Year 1676 Hannah the Daughter of the said John and Mercy Weekes was borne 5th of April 1694 Michael, the eldest son of the said John and Mercy Weekes was borne 21st of August in the Year 1696 John their second son, was born 9th July 1699 George their youngest son was borne 9th of March 1708 Elizabeth Wood Departed this Life Dec. 1791, In the 90th year of her Age. George Weekes His Book God give him grace thearin to Look. George Weekes was born, on ash wednesday The 9th Day of March Annodomeny One Thousand 1708/9 Seaven Hundred and Eight nine. Ruth Weekes Daughter of Jonas and Sarah Platt and wife to George Weekes, was Born September 30th Day 1715. The above Ruth Weekes. Departed this Life the 17th Day of august. 1777 about 12 o clock at noon. Gorg Weekes Departed this Life the 29 January att 11 OClock of the Night 1782. Townsend Weekes departed this life the first day of May, 1801 about 11 o'clock at night, aged 67 years & 9 days. Freelove, the Wife of Townsend W[eeks] Died October 3d 1810 aged .
