William Hinwood Trelease Family Bible
| Holy Bible in English; University Press, British and Foreign Bible Society, Oxford, 1863. The Bible is now in the possession of the C. G. Brisee Genealogy Library, Irwin, Iowa. This Bible was printed in London, sold to William Hinwood Trelease at the Sociedad Biblica Britanica y Estranger, Mexico and then brought to the US. It has family information on the inside of the front cover, as well as on a blank page between the Testaments. As you can see from the scans the latter info is a bit disorganized and will be transcribed the best I can. Also inserted int he Bible is a birthday announcement and a picture of a German Shepard dog taken Puchuca, HGO (Mexico). Also a lock of hair and a dried flower (not scanned).
