New York, 7th July being a very thundery evening was married of bound in matrimony James Gilliland & Judith Roose by Rothenbuler who was minister in this citty at that time Anno Dommini 1762. James Gilliland aged 21 years, the woman was aged 14 years. 1772 August the 22 was born our 5th daughter Judith 1774 August 8 was born our 4th son Nicholas.
