Phebe (Conger) Allen Family Bible
| Holy Bible in English; American Bible Society, New York, 1869. This Bible has no family register pages, but the family entries are on the back few blank pages. I have attributed the Bible to Phebe (Conger) Allen, because Douglas actually died 19 years before it was published. Hi wife Phebe died in 1883 so it likely could of been her Bible or one of the children's. It lists the births and marriages of their children, but not the spouses names of the children. The Bible is now in the possession of the C. G. Brisee Genealogy Library, Irwin, Iowa.
