death; member of Manchester
Masonic lodge No. 165,
A.F. & A.M.; "a man of great integrity
and great kindness of heart,
thoroughly devoted to his
family;" md. IA., 2-14-1884, Isadore
Elizabeth Bryan; she b. Dubuque
County, IA., 10-28-1859;
d. Manchester, Delaware County, IA.,
5-5-1931; b. in a log cabin on her
parents' farm near Worthington,
Dubuque County, IA.; member of
Methodist Church and Order of
the Eastern Star; "for nearly half a
century she and her husband trod
life's pathway in complete
harmony and happy companionship."
